Huey's Coffee
At Vertical Growth Solutions we partnered with Huey’s Coffee, a veteran-themed coffee brand with a strong community identity, to help them grow from a single location into a multi-location regional presence. Beginning with their first store in Gilmer, Texas in 2022, we have supported their expansion into Pittsburg, Mount Pleasant, Greenville, and Urbana, Ohio, positioning Huey’s as a recognizable and trusted brand in every new market.
Our work has included building a cohesive brand strategy that highlights Huey’s unique story, designing and managing digital platforms such as their website, mobile app, and online ordering systems, and creating marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement both locally and online. We facilitated the introduction of world-renowned artist Christian Watson to refine and elevate the brand’s visual identity, while also managing seasonal promotions, product launches, and consistent social media presence.
By monitoring metrics across sales channels, delivery platforms, and in-store traffic, we helped Huey’s improve operational efficiency and strengthen customer loyalty. The result is a brand that has not only grown its footprint but also built a powerful emotional connection with its communities.

US Roast
At Vertical Growth Solutions we worked with US Roast, one of the premier specialty coffee roasters in the United States, to strengthen its market presence and accelerate growth. With roots as a roastery since 2017, US Roast supplies both retail and private label coffee across the country, and we supported the brand by aligning its identity, digital platforms, and go-to-market strategies with its reputation for quality.
Our contributions included refining the brand story to emphasize US Roast’s position as the best specialty roaster in the nation, developing website content that conveys an Americana 1920s aesthetic, and building digital marketing campaigns that highlight its expertise in roasting and private label solutions. We also advised on sales strategies for expansion into grocery chains such as HEB and Brookshire’s, while optimizing online sales through Shopify, Amazon, and social media channels.
Through consistent marketing execution, improved storytelling, and a clear focus on efficiency, we helped US Roast build awareness, attract new customers, and prepare for broader retail expansion while maintaining its credibility and legacy as a top-tier coffee roaster.

Next Level Energy
At Vertical Growth Solutions we partnered with Next Level Energy, an innovative company redefining the energy drink market with a health-focused concentrate designed for coffee shops and restaurants. Our work has centered on establishing a strong foundation for the brand, positioning it as both a unique product and a forward-looking solution in the beverage industry.
We supported Next Level Energy by developing its website and digital presence, creating a streamlined contact form for lead generation, and producing marketing content that highlights the product’s 80mg caffeine per 1 oz concentrate, its versatility as a base for customizable drinks, and its alignment with healthier consumer trends. Beyond digital execution, we also helped prepare trade show strategies, ensuring the brand is ready for national events like the National Restaurant Show, the Specialty Coffee Association expo, and multiple Coffee Fest regional shows.
Our efforts extended to outreach campaigns targeting coffee shops and restaurants, with messaging focused on sampling opportunities and equipment add-ons like sparkling water machines. By blending clear communication, compelling design, and event-driven strategies, we positioned Next Level Energy to build traction with early adopters and lay the groundwork for nationwide distribution.
